I am a Colorado native and grew up in Littleton, Colorado. I received a BA in Economics from Vassar College in New York.
After finishing school at Vassar, I moved back home to Colorado and received my JD from the Denver University Sturm College of Law in 2014 while completing the Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate Program at the same time, focusing on securities law, corporate law, and contract negotiation. In 2015, I received my LLM in Taxation from the University of Denver as well.
I am licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and with a Masters in Tax (LLM), I am able to provide comprehensive advice in all matters of taxation.
In my practice, I apply my unique background in business and corporate law, economics, and tax to further my client's business and estate planning needs. I have provided counsel to a broad range of clients including individuals, small businesses, and startup companies.
